1. Download Phoenix 1.5 from here

2. From Instruments menu, select last option Update ContentDescriptionRecord -> Internet (database will be updated)
3. Select Instruments -> SID Unpacker, click "Scan a SIM-file" and choose F.E.A.R. 3_disk1.sim
4. Click on "Select all", then "Unpack" and extract the game to New Folder
